With Archive-Vault, every invoice you transmit or receive over an e-invoicing network is captured as the exact bytes that went over the network, fingerprinted with SHA-256 the moment it is captured, recorded on an append-only manifest, and written once and never rewritten under a 10-year lock that protects it against deletion and modification; French organizations get the same capture on every plan, and their documents are stored in France (Paris region), without that lock. Every archiving, download and erasure is recorded on your organization's audit chain, which we re-walk every night together with a rotating re-check of the archived documents themselves. You can export the whole archive while your account is open — the documents, the manifest, the audit trail and a bilingual README explaining how to recompute each fingerprint yourself — one export at a time, and one financial year at a time above the per-export ceiling the app states. A finished export stays downloadable for 7 days; the generated file is then deleted and the archive itself is left untouched.
